Introduction to Aggregate Granite
Aggregate granite is a high-quality construction material derived from naturally occurring granite rock, primarily composed of quartz, feldspar, and mica. Known for its exceptional strength, hardness, and aesthetic appeal, granite is widely used in various construction applications, including concrete production, road surfacing, landscaping, and infrastructure development.
Granite is highly favored in the construction industry due to its resistance to abrasion, ability to withstand water exposure, and durability under harsh environmental conditions. Aggregate granite not only enhances the efficiency of construction projects but also contributes to environmental sustainability through its recyclability and long-lasting performance.
High-Quality Aggregate Granite
We are committed to providing aggregate granite that meets international standards with rigorous quality control processes. Our aggregate granite is carefully sourced from high-quality quarries in Vietnam, ensuring that the product exhibits uniformity, exceptional durability, and meets the technical requirements for large-scale construction projects.
Our aggregate granite offers key features, including:
- Superior Durability: Resilient to weathering and harsh environmental conditions.
- High Uniformity: Consistent particle size and stone structure suitable for all applications.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Granite’s natural appearance makes it ideal for decorative and landscaping projects.
Benefits of Aggregate Granite
Using premium-grade aggregate granite provides several advantages for construction projects, such as:
- Superior Durability: Granite's resistance to abrasion and weathering makes it perfect for long-lasting construction.
- Enhanced Concrete Strength: Granite improves the hardness and load-bearing capacity of concrete.
- Improved Aesthetics: Aggregate granite delivers a natural, attractive finish for decorative applications and landscaping.
- Environmental Sustainability: Granite is a natural resource that can be recycled, reducing the need for other materials and minimizing environmental impact.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Despite its high quality, aggregate granite remains an affordable option for large-scale projects.
Applications of Aggregate Granite
Our aggregate granite is suitable for a wide range of construction applications, including:
- Concrete Production: Ideal for both ready-mix and site-mixed concrete.
- Paving Stones & Concrete Blocks: Essential for creating durable, long-lasting hardscapes.
- Road Base & Subbase: A key component in road construction and infrastructure projects.
- Landscaping: Perfect for decorative stone, pathways, and drainage systems.
- Railroad Ballast: Used to stabilize and support railways.
- Asphalt Aggregate: Integral in producing durable, long-lasting asphalt mixes
Source of Our Aggregate Granite
Our aggregate granite is sourced legally from high-quality granite quarries in Vietnam. These quarries are carefully selected for their high-grade granite deposits, which are processed using advanced crushing and screening technologies to ensure uniformity and high standards of purity.
We employ state-of-the-art crushing and screening equipment to process the granite, ensuring consistent particle size and high-quality output. All extraction and processing practices comply with environmental protection regulations and maintain sustainable resource management.
Quality Control & Testing to High Standards
We are committed to providing aggregate granite that meets the highest international quality standards through rigorous quality control processes. Our granite undergoes extensive testing in accredited laboratories to ensure it meets the technical specifications required for global markets.
The technical parameters tested include:
- Particle Size: Particle size is tested according to ASTM C33 and ISO 9001 standards. Optimal particle size distribution ensures uniformity and excellent mixing properties for concrete.
- Mohs Hardness: Granite has a hardness rating of 7 on the Mohs scale, making it resistant to abrasion and enhancing durability.
- Water Absorption: Water absorption rate is less than 1%, ensuring the granite does not deform or degrade when exposed to water.
- Abrasion Resistance: Our granite meets EN 12370 and ASTM C535 standards, providing protection against wear caused by traffic and environmental exposure.
- Expansion: Granite exhibits low expansion when exposed to water, preventing deformation or cracking during concrete application.
- Compressive Strength: The compressive strength of granite exceeds 250 MPa, making it suitable for large-scale construction projects such as roads, bridges, and high-rise buildings.
- Acid Resistance: Granite demonstrates excellent acid resistance, ensuring long-term durability when exposed to chemicals in industrial environments.
Supply Capacity and Delivery Methods
Supply Capacity: We are capable of supplying up to 1,000,000 tons of aggregate granite annually and can expand production capacity to meet the growing needs of our customers.
